An excellent Locum to Perm Otolaryngology opportunity is available in Des Moines, IA. This full-time role offers clinic and inpatient coverage, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Job Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of ENT procedures and surgeries
• Manage clinic patients (30+ daily volume, 15-min appointments)
• Participate in call schedule as assigned
• Collaborate with 1:1 nurse and ancillary staff support
• Potential teaching opportunities available
Qualifications
• Active IA License or IMLC – Required
• Full-time availability – Required
• Clean malpractice/background history – Required
• ENT experience – Required
Working Hours
• 36 patient contact hours/week
• Call coverage included in schedule
Skills
• Strong inpatient & outpatient management
• Comfortable with high-volume clinic
• EPIC EMR proficiency
