Seeking a BE/BC ENT Physician to join talented team. This opening is in South Central Kentucky - just an hour north of Nashville, TN. Excellent salary and full benefit package are included.

• Join one of the largest physician-owned multispecialty medical groups in the state of Kentucky
• Currently there are over 200 primary and subspecialty care physicians and clinical providers
• Practices located in South Central Kentucky
• Allscripts EMR utilized

Compensation & Benefits:

• 25k cash sign-on paid on 1st check with a 1-year contract
• 25k cash retention bonus paid on 1-year anniversary of start date.
• Cash to relocate
• Shareholder opportunities, including a chance to participate in several revenue streams
• 2 local hospitals we privilege with for ambulatory procedures.
• Monday through Friday operating hours.

• We have a full billing Department and provide float staff. We have a marketing team to introduce the provider to the community and make business/bio cards, etc.
