Contract Length: Ongoing
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $220-240/hr.
- Night Call: $450/hr.
- Weekend Call: $4,200
- Call Back: $450/hr.
Schedule & Call:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
- Call required (approx. 6 days per month, both weeknights & weekends)
- Average OR cases 3-4 procedures per week (one OR day)
- Minor office procedures include biopsies and nasoendoscopies
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Active State License (or ability to obtain WV license / IMLC / temp license )
- DEA required
- BLS & ACLS required
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
