Specialty: Otolaryngology
Start Date: 10/20/25
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details:
- 7:30-4:00 Monday through Friday
- Standard 5, Night (8 Hours) 19:00 - 17:00
Schedule: Monday – Friday plus call coverage (Approx 6 days of call per month both weeknights and weekends)
Work Details:
- Support staff: 3 nurses and an NP who will intermittently be helping the physician with patients. We also have a pre-cert specialist who will be assigned to the provider to schedule office visits, surgeries, and any testing that needs to be completed.
- Amount of coverage needed per month: looking for full-time coverage
- Patients per day:
- Patient population/age: children through adult
- Department description: General ENT as well as an Audiolgy Department. We have a Head and Neck Cancer Specialist in our department as well.
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital bed size: 956
- Special procedures: Must be able to perform all General ENT procedures
Practice Setting:

Requirements:
- Board Certification: required
- State license required: required
- DEA: required
- Certifications preferred:
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
- Minimum experience required: at least 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Willing To License?: YES – for IMLC candidates or candidates that will qualify for the WV temp license
