- OP: Scheduled: 15; Add-ons: 1-2; Surgeries: 1-5/full day
- IP: Surgeries: 1-2 (730a-5p)
• Admissions: 1-3
• Support Staff:
- Ave. of 1 MA per provider each clinic.
- NP/PA assists w/ call coverage, hospital consults & ER follow ups.
• % of Practice:
- OP 40%; IP 20%; Non-surg 60%; Surgical 40%
• Physicians in Practice: 7
• Mid-levels in Practice: 5
• Required Procedures:
- Endoscopic (septal, sinus, laryngoscopy)
- Tracheotomy, Facial Reconstruction (facial fractures & lacerations only)
- Preferred: Thyroidectomy
• Office Equipment:
- Rigid & flexible endoscopes
- Telepacks, Microscopes
• No. of Exam Rooms: 4
• Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic
• Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers: Yes
• Other Info: Calls may include some facial trauma cases.
