Job Opportunity: Physician - Otolaryngology

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with minimal competition.
• Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in clinic.
• Perform surgeries in multiple OR locations including local hospitals and surgery centers.
• Utilize advanced technology such as four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots.
• Collaborate with a comprehensive onsite audiology team and various medical/surgical subspecialties.
• Participate in a team care model with advanced practice providers and hospitalists for inpatient management.
• Take backup call only while advanced practice providers handle primary calls.
• Contribute to a collegial work culture with input on practice patterns and schedules.
• Access Mayo Clinic resources for professional development.
• Optional opportunity to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.

Qualifications:

• Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
• Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• DEA certification must be obtained prior to start.
• Clean malpractice and license history.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (required).
• Unrestricted medical license in Ohio (required).
• DEA certification (required prior to start).
