Step into a high-earning, full-service Otolaryngology (ENT) opportunity in Findlay, Ohio—serving a thriving, independent health system with a strong referral network and minimal competition. You’ll join a flexible, collegial, and physician-centered practice where your voice is heard, and your schedule respects your life outside the clinic.

💼 Position Highlights:

  • Comprehensive ENT care with a broad patient base

  • Clinic Volume: 20–30 patients/day

  • OR Locations: 3 surgical sites (Hospital, ASC, and Community Hospital)

  • Surgical Tools: Access to four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots + Table Motion

  • Support: Full audiology team + APPs + specialty collaboration (Endo, Allergy, Neuro, etc.)

  • Call: Backup only – APPs take primary

  • Tech & Teaching: Mayo Clinic eConsults + optional teaching opportunities

  • Physician-Led Culture: You help shape practice patterns, scheduling, and volume

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $515K–$800K (plus wRVU & productivity bonuses)

  • Bonuses: Sign-on, relocation, training stipends, loan repayment support

  • Loan Repayment: Monthly, quarterly, or annual options

  • CME: Annual stipend included

  • Employment: Full-time, W-2 with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years of training)

  • Active Ohio license OR Willing to obtain
