Job description
🔍 Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Board-Certified ENT physician to provide comprehensive clinic and call coverage in a busy practice setting. This includes inpatient and emergency coverage, surgical procedures, and outpatient visits.
🏥 Practice Details:
• Support Team: 2:1 ratio of Nursing + Ancillary Staff per provider
• 3 Exam Rooms + Procedure Rooms
• Daily Volume: 15–25 patients
• Appointment Lengths: 15 minutes (Office)
• Demographics: Adult/Male/Female | Metro & Rural Mix
• EMR: Epic
• Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy Onsite
🛠 Required Procedures:
✔ Basic ENT Clinic Care
✔ Tubes & Tonsils
✔ Nasopharyngeal Scopes
✔ Biopsies
✔ Direct Laryngoscopies
📌 Requirements:
✔ Board Certified – ENT
✔ Active IA License or IMLC
✔ Fellowship Trained – ENT
✔ 5+ Years Experience Preferred
✔ Clean Malpractice History
