The Opportunity
• Practice 100% Laryngology alongside 3 experienced Laryngologists
• Diverse caseload including spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice, vibratory injury, presbyphagia, and complex airway conditions
• Direct mentorship from Dr. Bastian with support for clinical autonomy, innovation, and long-term growth
• Strong regional and national referral base
• Dedicated surgery center and highly specialized clinical team
• Opportunities for research, teaching, and academic collaboration without traditional academic constraints
Training Pathways
• Graduating ENT Residents: One-year Laryngology fellowship with a pathway to long-term practice and partnership
• Practicing Laryngologists: Structured transition into an established, high-volume specialty practice
