The Opportunity
• Thrive in a high-volume Laryngology practice managing complex cases such as spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice concerns, and vibratory injury
• Benefit from a steady flow of regional and national referrals
• Work directly under the mentorship of Dr. Bastian with strong support for clinical autonomy, innovation, and research
• Operate in a dedicated surgery center with a collaborative, specialty-driven team

Training Pathways
