The Opportunity
• High volume Laryngology practice with complex pathology including spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice concerns, and vibratory injury
• Consistent patient demand from regional and national referrals
• Direct mentorship from Dr. Bastian with strong support for autonomy, innovation, and research
• Access to a dedicated surgery center and a collaborative, specialty driven team
• Academic involvement without the limitations of traditional academic employment
Training Pathways
• New Grads - Full Laryngology fellowship year with hands on mentorship and exposure to advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques.
• Practicing Laryngologists - Three month ramp up that prepares you to step into a high volume practice.
