The Opportunity
• Join 3 experienced Laryngologists at this busy private practice
• Caseload generally includes spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice concerns, and vibratory injury
• Consistent patient demand from regional and national referrals
• Direct mentorship from Dr. Bastian with strong support for autonomy, innovation, and research
• Access to a dedicated surgery center and a collaborative, specialty-driven team
• Academic involvement without the limitations of traditional academic employment
Training Pathways
• New Graduates - Comprehensive one-year Laryngology training with hands-on mentorship and advanced diagnostic and surgical exposure
• Practicing Laryngologists - Structured onboarding designed to integrate you smoothly into a high-volume, established practice
