Location:
Victorville, CA
Full-time opportunity
Position Overview:
* Full-time Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) position
* Monday Friday schedule (8 AM 5 PM) with no weekends
* Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults
* Newly established specialty within the group opportunity to build and shape the ENT practice and service line
* Board Certification in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
* Base salary: $500,000 $600,000 (negotiable)
* Production bonus (50% of collections)
* Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance
* Health insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to the provider
* 401(k) retirement plan
* CME allowance
* Malpractice insurance coverage
Location Perks:
* Situated approximately 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA
* Offers flexibility and autonomy within a supportive multi-specialty medical group Estimated pay range/amount is $317,000 to $586,000.
