Job Responsibilities:

• Provide both inpatient and outpatient coverage, with clinic coverage based in Clive.
• Manage up to 30 patients per day with a dedicated physician-nurse ratio of 1:1.
• Conduct various ENT procedures as required by patient needs.
• Engage in teaching opportunities within the practice.
• Utilize EPIC for effective electronic medical records management.
• Participate in the hospital call schedule as needed.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Required
• Active Iowa license or Active IMLC – Required
• Full-time availability – Required
• Previous experience in the specialty – Required
• Clean malpractice and background – Required

Licenses and Certification Requirements:

• Active Iowa Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Board Certification in Otolaryngology
