ENT Medical Services, P.C. – a physician-owned and operated private practice founded in 1957 is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our collegial and highly respected team of six physicians in beautiful Iowa City, Iowa.
Practice Highlights:
- Comprehensive ENT Services: In-office CT scanner, Audiology department, Hearing Aid sales, Allergy testing and treatment, 4-bed AASM-accredited Sleep Lab, Sleep Supply DME company, on site procedure room for Balloon Sinuplasty, in-office Image Guidance, TNE, videostroboscopy.
- NO ER Call: Equally-shared, rotating call coverage for existing office patients ONLY, ensuring an excellent work-life balance. No new ER patients. No trauma or laceration calls.

Job Responsibilities
2. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as allergy testing, audiograms, CT scans, MRI's, sleep studies, and endoscopies.
3. Provide non-surgical treatment.
4. Surgical procedures for ears, tonsils, adenoids, sinuses, thyroid, parathyroid, head and neck tumors.
5. Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, risks, post operative care and expectations.
6. Follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
7. Collaboration with fellow physicians, audiologists, allergy staff, radiologists, sleep technicians, and related specialists.
8. Accurate, timely documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
9. Contribute to discussions about practice operations and offer recommendations.

2. Superior knowledge of common ENT conditions such as sinusitis, hearing loss, throat conditions, voice disorders, allergies, sleep apnea and other sleep disorders, and cancers of the head and neck.
