A well-established, multi-specialty medical group in Northern Colorado is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a thriving ENT practice. Position Overview:

Join a collaborative two-provider ENT group with the support of:

Two Audiologists
-
One Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, including clinic and OR time
-
General ENT focus with preference for candidates with additional training or interest in Otology or Laryngology

Clinic schedule: 3 days clinic / 1 day OR

Patient volume: 20–25 patients per day
-
40 minutes for new patients
-
20 minutes for follow-ups

Call:
-
Shared 1:2 clinic call, very low volume, mostly home-based
-
No automatic ER call (facial trauma optional)

Integrated referral base within a large multi-specialty network

Level III Trauma facility
-
EPIC EMR system
-
Modern clinic with private offices, procedure room, and up-to-date equipment

Opening due to retirement of a current provider
Candidate Requirements:
-
Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (must achieve BC within 3 years) – REQUIRED

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado – REQUIRED
-
Clean malpractice history – REQUIRED

Additional training or interest in Otology or Laryngology – PREFERRED
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $413,000 – $459,000 annually
