Outpatient ENT Opportunity in Jackson, TN

Outpatient-focused Otolaryngology opportunity with optional ER/Hospital call
Join 2 full-time physicians, 1 NP, and 2 PAs
1:3 clinic call schedule
Minimal buy-in partnership track begins after year 1; full partner by year 3

Built-in referral network from over 35 primary care providers
New outpatient surgery center now open

Compensation & Benefits:
Two-year base salary guarantee
401(k) with profit sharing
8-week sabbatical leave
Up to 6 weeks vacation + 10 days/year educational leave
$3,000 CME allowance annually
Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
