🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

🔍 Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified ENT / Otolaryngologist to provide full-scope ENT services across a thriving clinic in Clive and inpatient consult/call coverage in Des Moines. This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with both clinic and OR involvement.

🕓 Patient Contact Hours: 36 per week

🏥 Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes

🧑🤝🧑 Staffing Ratio: 1:1 physician-nurse & ancillary support

🏥 OR scheduling is flexible coordinated with the hospital team

📞 Call: Participation in call schedule (hospital)

✅ Full-spectrum ENT services

🏢 2–3 exam rooms per provider

🔬 Onsite access to imaging, lab, and pharmacy (within building)

👨⚕️ Clinic volume: 30+ patients/day

🌎 Patient base from Des Moines metro + surrounding outreach areas

🎯 Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Required

📄 Active Iowa License or IMLC – Required
