Practice Setting

• Employed full-time ENT position with a well-established patient base
• General ENT focus with up to 30% facial trauma/head and neck cases
• Supportive, team-based care model in a dynamic regional health system
• Modern 36-bed acute care facility with 10-bed ICU
• Equipped with 5 ORs, da Vinci Xi surgical robot, and full anesthesia and hospitalist support

Schedule

• Flexible Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend clinics
  • Surgery block time every Tuesday and every other Thursday
  • Light call schedule: 1:3 rotation (~10 days/month)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $510,000 to $575,000
  • Additional earning potential through wRVU-based production incentives
  • Generous sign-on bonus up to $40,000
  • Annual quality bonus up to $20,000
  • 37 days of PTO (including vacation, holidays, and CME)
  • $4,000 CME allowance annually
