Opportunity Highlights:

· Step into a full patient panel with immediate surgical volume

· Practice general ENT with optional focus areas including sialo endoscopy, sleep, and otology

· Balanced schedule: 3–4 days/week in clinic and 1–1.5 days/week in the OR

· Light weekend call (1 per month); hospital call is covered by a separate team

· Academic collaboration available through a major university hospital

· Rotate through multiple well-established locations with strong referral networks

· ASC ownership and ancillary income opportunities including audiology, allergy, and real estate

· Work alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team of physicians and audiologists


Compensation Package:

· Above Average Base Salary based on experience

· Earning potential of $800,000+ with productivity and ancillary income

· Partnership track in 18–24 months with buy-in to practice assets and receivables

· $25,000 commencement/retention bonus and relocation assistance

· 20 PTO days + 5 CME days with $2,500 stipend

· Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, malpractice, and retirement


Requirements:

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

· Interest in private practice ownership and long-term growth

· Ability to thrive in an independent, high-volume setting
