Job Opportunity: Locum to Perm Otolaryngologist

Join a well-respected healthcare facility in Des Moines, Iowa! We're seeking a full-time Locum to Perm Otolaryngologist to fill a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients. The facility features a collaborative environment with a physician-nurse ratio of 1:1 and offers all ENT services in the practice.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient and clinic coverage in Des Moines and Clive.
• Conduct patient consultations with a daily volume of 30 or more patients.
• Perform all ENT procedures required in the practice.
• Participate in the call schedule as needed.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with resident physicians.
• Collaborate with ancillary staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage clinic hours Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology - REQUIRED
• Active Iowa License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
• Availability for full-time commitment - REQUIRED
• Significant experience in the field - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Iowa medical license or a compact license (IMLC).
• Board Certification in Otolaryngology is mandatory.
