- No hospital call obligations—PAs handle coverage while you focus on complex cases and practice growth.
- Fully integrated practice with in-house hearing aids, cochlear implant support, and on-site 6-OR surgery center with ownership opportunities.
- Work alongside experienced neurotologist and otolaryngologist with dedicated PA support and long-tenured staff.
Practice Details:
- Clinical Schedule: 3-3.5 clinic days per week seeing ~20 patients daily
- Surgical Volume: 1-1.5 OR days weekly with immediate case availability
- Subspecialty Focus: Hearing disorders, vertigo/dizziness, facial nerve conditions, ear/skull base tumors, cochlear implants
- Growth Opportunity: Senior physician transitioning toward retirement—positioning for practice leadership
Compensation & Partnership:
- Starting Package: $300,000 base salary + $20,000 sign-on bonus
