TidalHealth is seeking a full-time General Otolaryngologist to join our expanding practice in Millsboro, Delaware. This is a great opportunity for a physician who enjoys a broad ENT scope with a special interest in allergy care.

What We Offer:
- Outpatient-focused schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with dedicated OR time
- Call: 10 days/month

- Base salary range: $477,000 - $598,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
