Setting: Clinic, inpatient, outpatient, rounds, multiple locations

Responsibilities: Provide ENT services, partner with ENT Professional Services to expand care

Required Procedures: General Otolaryngology procedures

EMR System: Cerner

Support Staff: Robust support in clinic, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital

Days Per Month: Full-time
-
On-Call/Weekends: Currently 1:3, goal of 1:4; Call shared with local private practice
Submission Requirements:

Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology - REQUIRED
-
IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
-
ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
-
Clean Malpractice history - REQUIRED

Willingness to travel to multiple locations - REQUIRED
