Deaconess Memorial Medical Center located in Jasper, Indiana is recruiting a BC/BE Otolaryngologist interested in providing general ENT services in a growing community. Opportunity Description:
- Full-Time, Hospital Employed
- Focus on general ENT patients
- Interest in building a practice in a growing market, established referral system
- Flexible schedule: 4-5 day work week

Compensation & Benefits:
- $525,000 + RVU & Quality Incentives
- $50,000 Sign on bonus
- $15,000 Relocation assistance
- $3,500 CME allowance; 5 days off
- $1000 per year of CME can be used towards technology
- Paid Malpractice w/ tail coverage
