Job Details:
- Board Certified/Eligible in ENT
- Monday-Friday Schedule (The exact schedule will be discussed during the intiial interview)
- Active Indiana license or in process
- Established practice affiliated with a hospital group
- The provider will be treating, Ear, Nose, & Throat related complications
