Perm - Physician - Otolaryngology Bettendorf, IA

• The clinic operates roughly from 8:00 am-5:00 pm (provider may choose start earlier/end earlier - to be set by physician)
• On-call duties will be shared equally with a local private practice that has 2 physicians.
  
• The weekend schedule currently has a 1:3 ratio, with a goal of 1:4.
• The practice setting includes inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic, and travel to multiple locations or clinics.
• The facility is designated as Trauma Level 3.
• The average number of patients per day will be at the physician’s discretion.
• Accepting new graduate candidates through 2025 - TRULY Board Eligible within 3 years of eligibility and working toward Board Certification
• Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Not open to 1099 candidates
• Not open to visa candidates
• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
• Open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules

• Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology - REQUIRED
• IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice history - REQUIRED
• Travel to multiple locations or clinics (note willingness to travel in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
