ENT + Allergy opening in IL Located in Mattoon, IL Full-Time & Permanent Our ENT group includes 3 physicians and 2 APPs. Group includes one physician who specializes in laryngology. This specialty is always in high patient demand and the position has historically earned well over the median for efficient physicians. Highlights include: $625,000 + bonus based on RVU production $75,000 sign-on bonus $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3) Quality bonus (eligible upon earning base salary) 33 days of time off 5 days + $6,000 CME annually 1:4 call Location: Centrally located in Mattoon, Health Center is a 128-bed, community hospital in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis. The cities offer a small town feel while offering larger city amenities such as shopping, family activities, cultural activities and leisure.
