Compensation Package Overview:
Base Salary plus 2-year guarantee
Production Bonus Structure (RVU)

Clinic Details/Practice Support:
Administrative Support Staff
Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them on their shift.
Schedule/Volume:
Expected Schedule: Monday Friday 8-4
Clinic 3 days and Surgery 2 days
Anticipated volume
Average 35 patients/day
Mix of patients
Call:
Physicians typically take I day during the week.
Call is shared with other ENT
Currently call is 1 in 8/9 weekends
