Audiologist Opportunity | Hospital-Employed | West Texas
Join a collaborative, hospital-employed audiology team serving West Texas into New Mexico. Work in a supportive environment with strong referral patterns, modern equipment, and a close-knit team.
Practice Setting:
- Collaborate with 2 ENTs and 1 mid-level provider who refer patients directly
- Supported by 2 experienced Audiology Assistants
- Access to 2 audio booths, VMG machine, and 6 hearing aid vendors
Schedule & Responsibilities:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with no call or holiday coverage
- Diagnose and treat ear disorders, fit and monitor hearing aids, manage ongoing patient care
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary plus production
- Up to an additional $50,000 per year
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, malpractice, retirement plan, and PTO
- CME allowance provided
