- Weekend Requirements
- On Call Requirements
- Call hours for assignment: 1 weekend per month and 4 weekdays per month
- Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes
- Medical Staff Required: Yes
- Telehealth: Yes
- Number of Physicians: 5
- Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
- Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1
- Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3
- Lab: Yes
- Pharmacy: Yes
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more Patients
- Electronic Medical Record: Allscripts and Cerner
- All of our ENT physicians do surgery so they looks at Surgical and General as one in the same. The ENT candidate will need to be able to do Surgery.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
- Active IA License or IMLC - Required
