Practice Overview:

• Join an established practice with a premier, faith-based health system
• State of the art hospital and clinic, newly built in 2014
• Fully staffed with 2 physicians, supported by 2 APRNs
• Diverse patient panel allowing providers to practice at full potential
• Common procedures include Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy, Bilateral Pressure Equalization Tube Placements, Thyroidectomies, and Sinus Surgeries
• Flexible with Secondary interests
• 10 Days of call per month

Compensation and Benefits:

• 450K base salary plus production (for full-time)
• 50K Loan assistance or sign on bonus available
• Comprehensive benefits
• PTO: 23 Days
• CE Allowance: 5K per year
• 401K with match
• Relocation assistance: 10K
• Can assist with H1b
