- Coverage Needed:
- March 31 @ 7:00 am - April 3 @ 7:00 am
- April 16 @ 7:00 am - May 1 @ 7:00 am
- Clinical Information:
- 24 Hour Call Coverage
- Daily patient volume: 15
- Average 1 trauma ENT need a week, but 3-5 calls for ENT
- Provider will only need assistance form nursing and staff, etc when a consult or surgery comes in during the time
- EMR: Meditech
- Call can be taken from home (if local) or hotel
- Physician will not be in-house, but the ENT may have to occasionally come in to the hospital if required
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
