Job Responsibilities

At San Isidro Medical Center we want our patients to be heard.

-You will develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication as needed.
-You will be collaborating with other medical practitioners.
-You will regularly following up with the patient to check progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
-You will make a difference by providing patients with emotional support and strategies to help manage their disorder.
-You will be consulting with patients to understand their symptoms and health concerns.
-You will use your EMR/EHR skills to maintain detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests and/or treatments prescribed, and test results.
- You will be training and providing educational support to junior staff, when necessary.
- You will diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck
- You will perform surgical procedures related to the head and neck
- You will interpret diagnostic tests such as hearing tests and imaging studies
- You will prescribe medication and treatment plans for patients
- You will provide post-operative care to patients who have undergone ENT surgeries

Qualifications

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of residency training in Otolaryngology
- Board certification in Otolaryngology
- State medical license to practice as an Othorhinolaryngologist (ENT)
-Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are important
- Visual acuity and visuospatial awareness are both excellent
- Excellent communication skills with patients and medical staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Hours of Operation 8am-6pm, Monday - Friday**
