Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed audiologist to join our team (1099) and conduct veteran disability exams in our clinic. As an audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive hearing evaluation for each veteran, including pure tone testing, speech testing, and tympanometry. You will also review the veteran's medical records and interview the veteran to assess their hearing loss and any related tinnitus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for veterans
  • Review medical records and interview veterans to assess hearing loss and tinnitus
  • Write accurate and concise reports of findings and recommendations
  • Work with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans for veterans

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master of Arts in Audiology (M.A.) degree
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice audiology
  • Experience conducting veteran disability exams is preferred
  • Excellent clinical and assessment skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
