We are looking for a motivated Otolaryngologist Physicians (ENT) to join our medical practice full time in Houston, TX area. Our dynamic practice has a fantastic reputation for providing the highest quality care, and due to that reputation, we continue to grow! This is a thriving, turnkey group, with a guaranteed patient base and salary that you will continue to grow upon with partnership opportunities. The incoming physician will work in the Sugar Land or Pearland location and commute to an additional clinic, as well as hold privileges at the Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Our goal is to diagnose and treat adults and children with allergies, asthma and sinus problems with compassionate care and understanding.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General Otolaryngologist position in an Outpatient-based practice.
  • There is a built-in referral base.
  • The centralized administrative office handles billing, medical records, procurement, accounting, IT, and marketing services.
  • In-office procedures are offered with an Anesthesiologist in-house.
  • In-house CT scanners.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO BC/BE Otolaryngologist Physician
  • Subspecialties and Fellowship-trained physicians are welcome.
  • We will consider recent grads

Schedule:

  • Full time- Monday through Friday Schedule.
  • No Call, Weekends, or Holidays.
  • 1-2 Days in the OR for Elective Surgeries. (Negotiable)

Compensation:

  • Base salary at $220k with no cap on earning potential. Hard-working providers are making $1,000,000 + Earning Potential.
