--Must be Board Certified
--Active DEA
--Vacancy since January 2024
--Emergency privileges if candidate has a clean record
--Must be able to work 7am Monday through 7am Monday call coverage and weekday/weeknight coverage
--ENT for Adults and Pediatrics
--Looking for 2-3 Locums
--Adult patient volume is estimated at 25 calls per week
--Pediatric patient volume is estimated at <5 calls per week
--Trauma experience required
--Must be comfortable working at Level II Trauma Center
--Must have case logs
--Make up of support staff to include floor nurses and CNAs
--EMR is Meditech and PK
