Leading Health System in Ohio is actively seeking a BE/BC ENT to join their well-established team of physicians and APP support
Opportunity
• Hospital-employed with over 500 physicians representing over 40 specialties within the large health system
• Step into the busy practice of a recently retired surgeon
• Da Vinci XI Robotics
• Health system consists of 2 hospitals, a free-standing emergency room, OP service sites, and 60+ provider clinics spread across southeastern Ohio and the northwestern parts of West Virginia
• Level 3 trauma, Not-for-profit health system, H1b friendly
• 2025 grads welcome | Residency stipend and loan repayment available
Compensation
• 800K+ earning potential | wRVU uncapped bonus potential with proven volume
• 50K sign-on bonus
