Position Details:
• Join a collegial practice of physicians, APPs, and audiologists, affiliated with an award-winning, physician-led nonprofit health system
• Immediate patient demand & sufficient OR time available (75%+ of cases in OSC is typical, but option to do more inpatient OR time depending on desired scope of practice)
• Build your practice to focus on your desired subspecialty area - just like current ENT surgeons here have done!
• 1:6 shared call (no facial trauma call)
• Brand new clinic space - 13 exam rooms (all have microscopes) & large procedure rooms
• State-of-the-art OSC - runs extremely efficiently, as per the current ENTs
• Exceptional in-office administrative & clinical support staff with robust APP support allows surgeons to provide incomparable patient satisfaction & maximize efficiency
• 2-year compensation floor of $550K, plus additional lucrative wRVU bonus potential
• $150K recruitment incentive
• Benefits include generous PTO, 5% 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice coverage w tail, & more
