Seeking BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join talented team in Rochester, MN.
- Over 60 primary care physicians - internal referrals
- Audiologists within the department
- Clinic and OR schedule
- Collaborative work environment
- EMR: Epic
- Full or part-time available
- Low turnover, tenured staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan
- Competitive benefits including six (6) weeks protected time off and Retirement Savings Plan
- Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan - $416,000-$520,000 annually dependent on 0.8 - 1.0 FTE
- $105K bonus!
