Job Description

Last Update: 4/27/24

We are currently looking for a BC/BE otolaryngologist to join our private practice with office locations in New Haven, Branford, and North Haven, CT.

  • Outstanding opportunity to join a well-established private ENT practice with nationally-recognized physicians providing over 35 years of service to our community
  • Our team includes 5 board certified otolaryngologists, 4 audiologists, and a tenured support staff, providing the full scope of general ENT services to patients of all ages
  • With the upcoming retirement of one of our physicians, we expect the incoming physician to become busy very quickly
  • Our practice includes a robust allergy department, as well as comprehensive audiology services that include vestibular testing, hearing testing, and a very busy hearing aid practice
  • Our surgical procedures are divided between a private surgical center, in which ownership opportunities are available, and Yale New Haven Hospital, in which ENT resident coverage is provided
  • Our physicians are on the Yale clinical faculty, which means we can offer the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice, while also providing the opportunity to teach ENT residents in both the clinic and operating room
  • This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in early partnership, with a path to become partner in less than two years

About the Communities:

  • New Haven, Branford, and North Haven, CT are all situated in New Haven County, located on the southern coast of Connecticut with in-town beaches of the shoreline being a highlight
  • The community is well-connected to other major cities in the region through its Amtrak and Metro-North Railroad station, making it a convenient travel hub with close proximity to Boston and New York and short drives to New Hampshire and Vermont
  • Our partners love the excellent dining, cultural experiences, and recreational opportunities of a university city, with the safety and caliber of schools nearby being hard to match

Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 3,700 providers in multiple states. Through high-performance physician groups, accountable care organizations, and population health management programs, Privia works in partnership with health plans, health systems and employers to better align reimbursements to quality and outcomes.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $300 to $350K in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
