Facility: MCHS Hospital-Marshfield
Start: Nov. 27th 2023
End: ONGOING
Coverage: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
EMR: Cerner
Outpatient + Inpatient
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Allowing Providers with an ACTIVE IMLC
Details:
Is this trauma call? Yes
Is this need for Clinic, Call and OR? Yes, all three
- Ped versus adult? Both
- Is general head and neck required- Complex Head and Neck? Yes
- Call schedule and is it trauma call? Yes
- Pts per day? 14-16 office patients per day
- Clinic hours? 8A-5P

Rates:
$2400 24hr Call with 8 hrs gratis
$300 Regular Rate
