Job Description

A Pullman based client is seeking an ENT specialist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice. Candidates may be new graduates out of residency, should value practicing evidence-based medicine and should be comfortable treating all ages. Candidates will need both a WA and ID state medical license.

Required Qualifications

  • WA and ID medical license as an MD or DO
  • Completion of an approved residency program
  • Board eligible or certified
  • DEA certificate before start date
  • CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat disorders of the ears, nose, and throat, including hearing loss, sinusitis, tonsillitis, voice disorders, and sleep apnea.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, such as hearing tests and imaging scans, to determine the nature and extent of a patient's condition.
  • Counsel patients and their families on treatment options and expected outcomes.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists and speech therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records, including progress notes, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the field of otolaryngology by attending conferences and continuing education courses.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, such as peer review and chart audits, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
