**Head & Neck Surgery opening - Morgantown, WV** Located 75m to Pittsburgh **Position Details:** - Full-time, permanent - Seeking a fellowship-trained Head and Neck Surgeon to join Department of Otolaryngology & a well-established head and neck oncology service. - Applicants will have expertise with ablative and reconstructive procedures as well as trauma surgery. - Successful candidate will be actively involved in the teaching of medical students and otolaryngology residents. - Opportunities are available for those interested in clinical/basic research. - In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. - Ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. - The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV. **About the Program** - Highly experienced and fellowship-trained faculty, coupled with state-of-the-art technology, provide comprehensive high-quality care in the subspecialty areas of Otolaryngology: Otology, Allergy/Rhinology, Laryngology, Pediatric Otolaryngology, H&N Oncology and reconstructive surgery, Thyroid and Parathyroid disorders, Sleep disorders, Plastics and Cleft lip/palate services. - Many of the faculty and all residents are actively engaged in research projects that help constantly improve patient care in both the hospital and clinical settings. - 18 faculty members, 6 Advanced Practice Providers, 9 audiologists, and all our residents are actively involved in providing patient care as well as being engaged in research projects that help constantly improve the experience in both the hospital and clinic settings. **Compensation/Benefits** - Paid relocation and 100% employer-contributed 401 - Research and academic opportunity / excellent work-life balance with little call - Free college tuition for dependents / onsite childcare **About Health System:** - Health system is West Virginias largest private employer, and a national leader in patient safety and quality.
