Otolaryngology Opportunity in La Grande, Oregon

You've built the skills, now step into an ENT role where you can practice full-scope "bread-and-butter" otolaryngology with strong resources behind you. This is a hospital-employed Otolaryngology (ENT) position designed for physicians who value autonomy, efficient workflows, and predictable time off. Practice Overview

  • You'll join an established ENT/Allergy clinic supported by experienced clinical staff and in-office audiology
  • Hospital-employed model with Epic EMR and AI scribe support to streamline documentation
  • Clinic volumes average 18-20 patients/day with in-office procedures available if desired
  • Dedicated weekly OR time with strong procedural resources (including navigation capability)


Schedule

  • Four 10-hour days per week for a consistent weekday schedule
  • No required call; optional elective paid call available if you want additional income
  • Balanced clinic and OR access with dedicated block time built into the week
  • Designed for long-term sustainability with predictable weekends


Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation potential of $750K+ with production; $71 per RVU
  • Annual quality bonus up to $120,000 plus production incentives
  • $50,000 commencement bonus (includes relocation support) and student loan assistance
  • $8,000 CME allowance plus 40 hours paid CME; 401(k) with match, paid malpractice, and licensing/dues/subscriptions covered


Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology required
  • Comfort practicing in a smaller community setting with broad ENT needs
  • Open to new grads or experienced physicians; support is in place to ramp up efficiently
  • No visa sponsorship available
