Schedule hours M-F 8-5
Dates Needed:
Week of Feb 13th, April 24th, May 8th, May 15th, May 30th, June 19th, June 26th, July 10th, July 17th, July 31st, & Aug 14th
Clinic & Surgery

EMR/Documentation - EPIC
Support staff (Other MDs, NP/PA, RN etc) 2 PA, RNs and MA and 2 other MDs
Required - Board certification, BLS, ACLS
Credentialing timeline (30days, 45 days....) 90 plus days
Additional Details:
Pediatric versus Adult requirements
General & Complex head and neck required
Patient census per physician per day Clinic expectations is 20-22 patients per day. Surgical expectations 25 surgeries per month.
