Practice:
- 2 partner group with one partner transitioning toward retirement
- Be busy from day one—partnership available after first year
- Only ENT practice in a 100-mile radius of Spencer
- Low acuity cases
- Broad range of surgical sub-specialties for a rural community - General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Ophthalmology. Also, community-based medical and radiation oncology physicians.
- Hospital provides regional services to include a cancer center, dialysis and inpatient mental health
- Spencer Hospital selected as a Top 100 Rural and Community Hospital by iVantage health analytics firm in 2016 and 2017
- Diagnostic imaging services include CT, MRI (in-house) and PET (mobile)
Financial Package:
- $450,000 first year income guarantee
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- $10,000 relocation assistance
