**Otolaryngologist opening: La Grande, Oregon** **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Hospital employed - Dedicated weekly OR time - State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment - State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years - Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available - Work schedule: 4-day work week - Epic EMR **Compensation** - Very competitive salary: RVU bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $110K - Signing bonus of 20K - 8K annual CME, licensing dues, subscription - Loan repayment (student) - Full benefits including a 401k match - Paid malpractice **Ideal Candidate** - Fit is very important.
