Practice:
- 3 Clinic Days, 1 Day in the OR
- One PED ENT sees around 40 patients per day
- 1 Day or ½ Day is dedicated for research, administrative time or papers.

- 1:6 Call
- No call radius
- Experienced trauma surgeons can handle most emergencies in the level one trauma center.
- A nurse practitioners or physicians assistant will support you and take the call if it is not urgent.
Compensation:
- Two separate pension plans!
- Your employer will contribute about $45,000 to $50,000 a year and you do not have to put in a penny unless you want to contribute more.
