Practice:


  • 3 Clinic Days, 1 Day in the OR

    • One PED ENT sees around 40 patients per day


  • 1 Day or ½ Day is dedicated for research, administrative time or papers.
  • Diverse Cases and Growth Opportunities

    • There is an opportunity to do more complex cases


  • Supervise Residents and Medical Students

    • Faculty Position


  • 1:6 Call

    • No call radius
    • Experienced trauma surgeons can handle most emergencies in the level one trauma center.
    • A nurse practitioners or physicians assistant will support you and take the call if it is not urgent.




Compensation:


  • Two separate pension plans!


    • Your employer will contribute about $45,000 to $50,000 a year and you do not have to put in a penny unless you want to contribute more.
