Ready to build a high-impact Pediatric ENT practice with the support of a premier children's hospital? A nationally recognized Texas children's hospital is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join an expanding multidisciplinary team. This opportunity offers a unique blend of routine and complex pediatric ENT cases, a strong referral base, and the resources needed to grow a thriving practice.
The Opportunity
• Established Pediatric ENT practice within a dedicated children's hospital
• Collaborative care alongside APPs, audiologists, geneticists, speech therapists, and pediatric subspecialists
• Flexible schedule with dedicated OR, clinic, and administrative time
• Diverse surgical and clinical case mix including: Ear tubes, Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy, Laryngoscopy, Tympanoplasty, Tongue-tie procedures, Thyroglossal duct cysts
• Strong referral network with increasing regional demand
• Excellent infrastructure and physician support
• Visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
• $575,000+ earning potential
• $75,000 post-tax recruitment bonus
• Fellowship stipend available for trainees
